Googles Chrome, a coincidence?

With a launch of Google Chrome, multi-million greenback company Google has entered into web browser war.

The name Google Chrome comes from the graphical user interface frame, or chrome, of web browsers. This web browser is released under the BSD license. The Google Chrome implements the same feature set, but has a barely different symbol. The better part of this project is that it supports Mozillas Firefox. As an important point, Google will be supporting Mozilla Firefox till 2011. The basic design goals are better re security, speed and stability in comparison to existing browsers. There'll be a decrease in the quantity of Firefox users in favor of Chrome which will be not so nice for Firefox owners.
